Good Search UG needed search monetization that aligned with WWF values, generating sustainable donation revenue without compromising user privacy or relying on intrusive advertising models.

Conventional search monetization is built around user profiling, behavioral tracking, and walled-garden data ownership. None of that was acceptable for a product carrying the WWF brand and a privacy-first promise to users.
